Yeni Kavaklıdere Vinegar, founded by Ahmet Yıldırıoğlu in the year 1946, has commenced vinegar production in a workshop having 500 m² area in Ankara, Rüzgarlı Sokak. Today, it continues its production in the facilities established on an area of 13.000 m², of 3500 m² is covered.
Our objective as Yeni Kavaklıdere Vinegar is continuing to develop product range day by day as a “Trademark” developing its market share and technology and meeting customer demands without relin-quishing quality.
Yeni Kavaklıdere which adopted ‘Customer Satisfaction’ principle, obtained TSE Certificate from Turkish Standards Institution and production license for all its products from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
